Skills and Competencies

  • Project and stakeholder leadership — required. Plans, prioritizes, and delivers platform roadmaps with multiple stakeholders; balances technical and operational demands to meet business objectives.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) administration platform development— required. Hands on capability to maintain and enhance the Partner Portal and associated digital channels such as Highspot, Salesforce etc., ensuring changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • User Experience (UX) optimization mindset — required. Drives continuous improvements to deliver a best in class digital partner experience and increase engagement across the both internal users and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Data and reporting proficiency (e.g., Power BI) — required. Builds dashboards and internal reporting to track partner engagement and program performance, enabling data driven decisions.
  • Content governance and regulatory compliance — required. Conducts regular content audits and test plans; ensures that our platforms meet internal regulations for external parties.
  • Cross platform collaboration (Partner Portal, SharePoint, Sales LMS) — required. Leverage internal enablement tools and collaborate across the partner ecosystem to improve seller and partner outcomes.

Education

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.
  • Experience in working with partners and sales
  • Previous experience working in a web team
  • 5+ years of work experience working in Digital Channels

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance digital partner channels to deliver a best-in-class experience for the partner ecosystem.
  • Oversee the partner portal, internal reporting, and external partner team digital presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support internal enablement tools and partner content.
  • Implement platform changes and improvements based on vendor roadmaps and organizational needs.
  • Conduct regular content audits and test plans to maintain platform quality, efficiency, and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Analyze partner engagement data and create reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshoot digital channel issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and monitor competitor platforms to drive continuous improvement.
