Skills and Competencies

  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Mac, and/or cloud platforms
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve process, drive efficiencies, and enhance the employee experience
  • Ability to provide technical support to internal users by troubleshooting complex issues related to digital workplace platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document processes effectively
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn from different team members

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Graduation date of December 2026 - June 2028
  • Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day business operations for Digital Workplace technologies
  • (Microsoft 365, macOS, Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Collaboration Tools, Voice Telephony, and Xerox Workplace Cloud)
  • Partner and collaborate with digital workplace engineers globally
  • Follow standard ITIL processes and procedures related to Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management
  • Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and processes in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to get a 360° perspective of an IT Service Delivery model
  • The rotation will include Tier 3 Operations, Engineering, and Architecture

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly rate for this position is $35, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
