Skills and Competencies

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards across projects
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Technical proficiency with structured data formats (XML, JSON) and APIs is a plus; experience automating processes and tests in Excel or other data tools is highly valued
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity about AI tools and prompt writing
  • Strong documentation skills, able to produce clear and comprehensive process and findings documentation for diverse audiences
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing automation opportunities in testing and data analysis
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Hardware-Software Design, Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field

Responsibilities
The Product Content & Regulatory Compliance team is seeking an intern to support our global data and compliance operations. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in automating tests and performing sophisticated data analysis, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency and decision-making process.

  • Supporting analytical teams with deep testing of data products and reporting findings
  • Automating tests and processes across diverse data sets to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyzing raw company and ownership data for regulatory compliance, including conducting gap analyses
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation related to data sources and sourcing processes
  • Collecting data and identifying trends in regulatory compliance to inform data strategy and product development
