Skills and Competencies
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards across projects
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Technical proficiency with structured data formats (XML, JSON) and APIs is a plus; experience automating processes and tests in Excel or other data tools is highly valued
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about AI tools and prompt writing
- Strong documentation skills, able to produce clear and comprehensive process and findings documentation for diverse audiences
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing automation opportunities in testing and data analysis
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Hardware-Software Design, Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Product Content & Regulatory Compliance team is seeking an intern to support our global data and compliance operations. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in automating tests and performing sophisticated data analysis, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency and decision-making process.
- Supporting analytical teams with deep testing of data products and reporting findings
- Automating tests and processes across diverse data sets to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyzing raw company and ownership data for regulatory compliance, including conducting gap analyses
- Preparing and reviewing documentation related to data sources and sourcing processes
- Collecting data and identifying trends in regulatory compliance to inform data strategy and product development
