Skills and Competencies
- 6+ years of digital agency, production company, or in-house experience producing high-impact B2B/B2C motion graphics content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and completed projects for
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques is a must.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual motion.
- Skilled in storyboarding and visual concept development.
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphic Design or a related field.
Responsibilities
Bring Moody’s creative vision to a global stage—crafting dynamic motion graphics content that elevates our brand and engages audiences everywhere.
- Design and create engaging motion graphics in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deliver assets for animated and video projects across channels and genres (documentary, social media promos, digital signage, video)
- Manage and deliver Motion Graphics projects from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with the video, design and social media teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Use GenAI platforms to explore concepts, develop storyboards and animatics and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Participate in brainstorming to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Effectively communicate ideas, concepts, vision and feedback
- Experience in video (Premiere/Resolve) and audio (Audition) editing
- Experience with GenAI assisted MoGraph
- Help on video shoots with cameras, lights, microphones
