Skills and Competencies
- Ability to interact comfortably with different levels of management and articulate/present issues clearly and succinctly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight individual and/or group deadlines
- Has experience working with a global team across different time zones
- Comfortable working with a manager based in New York, NY
- Must be dependent and self motivated without direct oversight due to distance from manager

- Highly organized and efficient, with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to facilitate, negotiate, and resolve interpersonal or inter-team conflicts
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, macros, VLookups, etc.), Word and PowerPoint required; Access preferred
- Knowledge of Moody’s rating systems, analysis tools and operational processes a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field
- 4-6 years of business process or business analysis experiences with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
This is a key role that will provide project management and tactical business process re-engineering, and stakeholder management, that is critical to the execution of MR strategies for the Quality Assurance (QA), Analyst Helpline and Control Testing teams.
- Interact with rating analysts globally to support end-to-end rating activity.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the end-to-end MIS ratings process, business transformation initiatives or evolving regulatory requirements
- Support efforts to standardize operational business processes and enhance operating efficiency
- Assist with performing root cause analysis, remediation and process improvements to strengthen operational controls and enhance business processes
- Proactively develop Subject Matter Expertise on Rating Processes as well as Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
- Provide daily support to Moody’s Global Rating Groups as well as Operations, Data and Controls by liaising with the analytical community and other Moody’s teams (e.g. ROC and MIT) to resolve any requests or questions
- Assist with generating senior management reporting and validating that reports are complete, accurate and produced on time
- Support the team with new initiatives, including assisting the team to ensure successful implementation and transition to Business As Usual, where applicable
- Provide daily support for the RTS team and senior managers, including maintaining status reports; tracking issues, risks, and dependencies; generating performance metrics as well as Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and update supporting content and training materials (e.g. communications, Guidelines, FAQ’s, presentations, etc.)
About the team
The Analyst Helpline Team is a global team with In Business Controls Regulatory Support and Controls (RSC) team in Moody’s Ratings which is responsible for the execution, support, remediation and controls of processes and enabling technology that support the end-to-end credit rating process and regulatory-mandated processes.

Annual base salary gross: 42,100 EUR to 67,500 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
