Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in content marketing and campaign management (minimum 10 years), with a focus on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of B2B-focused content (long and short-form)
  • Strong project management abilities; able to track progress and milestones independently
  • Analytical mindset; able to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience in or marketing to the Asset Management industry (required)
  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS-based company or in financial services (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to defend writing and strategic decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts
  • Eagerness to embrace and experiment with AI tools for market research, workflow optimisation, and content creation
  • Customer-centric orientation with deep attention to detail

Education

  • BA in journalism, English, communications, marketing or related field (required)
  • Advanced degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content and campaigns to drive thought leadership, qualified leads, and empower sales for Asset Management. This role is pivotal in developing and executing compelling content and multi-channel campaigns that drive thought leadership, generate a continuous pipeline of qualified leads (MQLs), and empower our sales teams.

  • Drive content strategy and editorial calendar for Asset Management, aligning with business objectives
  • Partner with business and marketing teams to create unified, customer-focused messaging
  • Create compelling content for Asset Management professionals (blogs, social posts, white papers, website copy, videos, articles, customer stories, email copy, presentations).
  • Direct holistic, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events) to support go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with Industry Practice Leads and subject matter experts to produce thought leadership and major campaigns (e.g., Private Credit)
  • Champion a data-driven marketing culture; measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance and content ROI
  • Partner with PR to supply stories and comments for media coverage
  • Leverage AI tools for market research, workflow optimisation, and content creation.
