Skills and Competencies
- Looking for candidate with 6+ years’ experience with expert level knowledge in Structured Finance deal modelling within ABS, CLO, RMBS, CMBS asset category
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proactive individual who initiates and drives ideas forward & Team player with the ability to perform and deliver under tight schedules
- Hands-on programming skills (VBA, Python, SQL) and prior experience applying AI or data-science techniques to modeling, automation, or quality-control workflows
- Proven ability to mentor junior modelers and to independently review and quality-check others’ deal models, commensurate with a senior, Assistant Director level role
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ experience in the area of Structured Finance as modeler/ MBA Finance or equivalent degree, having completed/pursuing professional financial courses such as CFA, FRM etc., with an expert-level understanding of Structured Finance
Responsibilities
- Develop complex cash flow projection models (including deal structure set up) for securitization transactions using our proprietary software. You will be tasked with creating and reviewing Cash Flow (Waterfall) models for various ABS, CLO, RMBS and CMBS transactions for external and internal clients, supporting our product and software development teams for these products
- Using data science techniques and AI to improve quality of our process and tools
- Lead/Participate in quality and productivity enhancement projects
- Lead/Participate modeling and updating tool development and enhancement
- Work closely with each asset class desk and client support teams regarding client challenges, new feature developments, and new securitization product analysis in the market
- Senior individual contributor (non-people-manager) – expected to mentor junior modelers and act as a technical reference within the team
- You will also be tasked to initiate and proactively look out for opportunities to use AI to better our processes.
- With expert-level understanding of the structure and cash flow features of securitization transactions across various asset classes, you will be expected to contribute to cross-training within the team and to work closely with client support teams and asset class desks regarding client challenges, new feature developments, and analysis of new securitization products in the market.
- Financial Modelling – 90%, others 10%

Our Cash Flow modelling team is responsible for creating waterfall cash flow models. Cash Flow Team comprises highly qualified people, who are passionate about work and serving clients globally.
