- 3–4 years of progressive experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a creative agency environment
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through execution, with experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with a high degree of attention to detail across simultaneous workstreams
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing agency and vendor relationships, and representing the team cross-functionally
- Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into clear event strategies, working fluidly with subject matter experts, producers, content, and marketing partners
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to brand standards, design quality, and the overall integrity of the attendee experience
- Adaptable leader who thrives in ambiguity, manages competing priorities with composure, and brings clarity and direction to a fast-moving team
- Deep experience owning budgets, contracts, and multi-vendor relationships at scale
- Fluency with event technology platforms, registration and CRM tools, and team collaboration software
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of regional events across North America, from strategic brief through execution and post-event reporting
- Provide strategic input and senior-level coordination on larger regional and global programs, ensuring alignment and consistent experience standards
- Shape event strategy from creative brief through execution, translating business objectives and brand positioning into compelling live and hybrid experiences
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, and creative teams, serving as a senior point of integration across workstreams
- Direct all logistics across venues, production, vendors, catering, registration, travel, and on-site execution, holding partners accountable to quality and timeline standards
- Own program budgets, timelines, and risk management, making real-time decisions under pressure and escalating with clear recommendations when needed
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for local and regional partners, vendors, and venues
- Ensure every experience is engaging, on-brand, and operationally flawless, upholding quality standards across the full portfolio
- Define and track performance metrics including attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and ROI, translating data into actionable insights
- Synthesize post-event feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement and inform future program strategy
- Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled systems to elevate planning, reporting, communications, and data analysis
- Drive the development and refinement of team processes, playbooks, and toolkits that scale and continuously raise operational standards
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 - $114,200.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
