  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across high-volume global treasury operations.

Treasury Modernization Initiatives

  • Lead automation and process-improvement projects to increase treasury efficiency.
  • Support new module implementation, system upgrades, and treasury transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with Kyriba technical support and customer success on escalated issues and feature adoption.

Training, Support & Documentation

  • Provide Tier-3 technical support and functional guidance to global Finance and Treasury teams.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, integration guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions to strengthen Kyriba expertise across the organization.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Hands-on Kyriba experience with advanced configuration and troubleshooting. Proven experience in a treasury system, fintech, or global payments environment.
