Role Purpose
To support the HR Manager/ Business Partner, and the HR Team in the delivery of HR Services to the business across Europe. Providing guidance to employees and managers in all areas of the employee lifecycle in accordance with our HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist support, advice, coaching and guidance to employees and managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Support the HR Strategy and functional people plan in line with best practice.
- Act as a Europe lead within the HR Team, advising and supporting on European (mainly UK and German) legislation and requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with employees and key stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment, selection, induction and probation requirements are adhered to by tracking and supporting recruitment events, new starters and on-boarding requirements.
- Compliance with all employment and data protection legislation.
- Support the HR Manager/Business Partner on key projects and achieving the HR strategy, specifically in relation to employee engagement and relations.
- Support the HR Manager/Business Partner in creating a step change in manager capability via the delivery of workshops on relevant people management policies and procedures.
- With the HR Manager/HR Business Partner, support the implementation of key HR metrics, analyse and review to identify patterns trends and action plan opportunities to drive improvement and performance.

Qualifications
- CIPD Qualified to at least Level 5 – or an equivalent qualification
- Full employee lifecycle experience from HR Advisor perspective; this includes performance management processes, talent management processes, culture and engagement, learning and development
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and some experience of International HRM/Employment law, specifically German employment legislation
- Develops their external network to be up to date in terms of practice
- Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR
- Experience of supporting the implementation of change initiatives, ideally within a rapidly growing or evolving business setting
- Experience of working within the payments industry or Fintech is an advantage
- Previous experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp are an advantage
