The Opportunity
We’re seeking a data-driven, tech-savvy, and customer-minded Marketing Operations Manager to be the backbone of our marketing engine. This role is critical to ensuring our campaigns run seamlessly, our analytics are trustworthy, and our customers enjoy a frictionless experience from first touch to closed deal. If you can bring order to complexity, make systems sing, and turn messy data into crystal-clear insights, all while building tools and processes that feel effortless to end users, then we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities

Data Integrity & Governance

Own the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of marketing data across the MarTech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, analytics, and integrated tools).

Implement proactive processes to prevent data leakage and ensure objective, trustworthy reporting.

Marketing Technology & Automation
-
Manage and optimize the MarTech stack to enable sophisticated segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns.

Partner with Demand Gen to design and execute automated lead nurture, scoring, and routing programs that accelerate pipeline velocity.

Analytics & Insights
-
Develop dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks that clearly show marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue.

Track channel and campaign performance across various regions and product lines.

Provide actionable insights that guide campaign strategy and budget allocation.

Process Optimization
-
Streamline complex workflows into scalable, intuitive processes for marketing, sales, and customer teams.

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in lead flow and campaign execution.
-

Cross-Functional Partnership
-
Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoffs, accurate pipeline tracking, and unified data views.

Act as the operational bridge between marketing strategy and execution.

Compliance & Best Practices
-
Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global data privacy compliance.
-
Champion best practices in campaign setup, database hygiene, and performance tracking.

Budget Tracking and Campaign Orchestration
-
Track, monitor and report campaign spend
-
Support campaign orchestration through project management (ex Monday.com)

Support Demand Generation with execution of marketing campaigns (ex Marketo, social media posting, etc)

Audience Management, Data & Systems

Data Accuracy and Quality: Maintain data accuracy and ICP fit in lead, contact, and account records.

Support a lean marketing tech stack and flow of data across systems
Funnel Management and Performance

Smooth flow of inbound leads processed and routed with an agreed SLA

Improved MQL-to-SQL conversion rate

Improved Funnel Velocity by monitoring and improving time in lifecycle stages
Campaign Impact & ROI

Attribution Clarity: 100% of campaigns tracked with multi-touch attribution models.

ROI Reporting: Deliver and maintain dashboards to show real time status of key marketing metrics across channels, regions, and solutions. Support insights for campaign iteration and ROI.

Influenced Pipeline: Support Demand Gen to achieve growth in marketing-influenced pipeline.
Demand Generation Support

Workflow Efficiency: Reduce campaign launch cycle time through automation and process improvements.

Campaign execution support under the guidance of the Head of Demand Generation
Compliance & Governance

Regulatory Compliance: Zero violations of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable laws.

Database Health: Maintain <3% bounce rate and <0.1% spam complaint rate on outbound marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years in Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

Proven expertise in Revenue Operations tools: Salesforce, Marketo, etc
-
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting complex systems integrations.

A track record of implementing scalable processes that reduce complexity while improving user experience.

Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-use solutions for non-technical teams.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-growing, innovative company.
