How You Fit In
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role within the revenue marketing team, driving compounding value to marketing and sales by driving top-of-the-funnel impact and demand generation. This position offers a unique opportunity to align your digital marketing efforts with inside sales, converting leads into pipeline opportunities and directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth. You’ll have a key role in driving email campaigns, managing our social media presence, and developing content marketing strategies that connect back to sales efforts.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns: Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo, manage social media channels, and drive top-of-the-funnel impact.

Content Marketing: Create a cohesive content marketing strategy, crafting engaging content and copy to drive lead generation.

Lead Engagement & Nurturing: Collaborate with inside sales to convert leads into pipeline opportunities, ensuring a seamless handoff between marketing and sales teams.

Explore New Channels: Begin exploring additional channels, such as building a digital community, as well as SEO, organic search, and paid ads.

Event Promotion: Manage digital promotion for both virtual and in-person events, including webinars and roundtables, ensuring a strong digital presence.

Web & Landing Page Optimization: Work with internal web resources to execute landing page needs and optimize user flows. WordPress experience is a plus.

Budget Optimization Mindset: While not directly responsible for managing a budget, you’ll need to have a mindset focused on optimizing marketing spend for activities such as ads and paid search.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Mperativ (training provided if needed) to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

User Experience Focus: Improve user flows and optimize the demo portal’s user experience for better engagement and lead conversion.
Skills and Qualifications
Preferred

Experience managing digital aspects of events (webinars, virtual roundtables, etc.).

Familiarity with SEO best practices and paid search optimization.

Experience in creating optimized user flows for demo portals or digital platforms.
Required
- 2-4 years of experience working in a B2B/B2C SaaS start up with a track record of success in digital marketing.
- Marketing Automation Expertise: Proficiency in Marketo is required, with expertise preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a must.
- Content Management: Comfortable working with WordPress for web/landing page needs, collaborating with design and development teams as necessary.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with inside sales teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to think creatively, bringing fresh ideas to the table and crafting effective digital marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation: A solid understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
- Optimization Mindset: A strategic mindset focused on optimizing spend for digital campaigns, particularly in areas like ads and paid search.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is 80,000-90,000 + Variable Earnings
In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws , the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
