Job Summary

Berkshire Grey's growing Supply Chain team has a great opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring the NetSuite ERP system to support business needs across finance, supply chain, operations, and other functional areas. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and the Technical teams, ensuring that system solutions are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite ERP and related integrations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices and system improvements.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite to support workflows, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation including business process flows, requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist end-users with validation.
  • Provide end-user training and day-to-day support to ensure adoption and efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating as needed to NetSuite support or technical partners.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process alignment.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in material planning, procurement or systems integration.
  • Experience navigating or implementing ERP systems for manufacturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft suite programs experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience placing purchase requisitions and orders on NetSuite ERP system
  • Experience working with a variety of material planning and tracking tools including ERP systems (e.g. Net Suite ERP, Shopify, BOX, Power BI, JIRA, Empower/Omnify PLM)
