Job Description

Job Summary:

We are building a global Demand Generation function and are looking for a hands-on Regional Demand Gen Specialist to join the team in Asia-Pacific (APAC). This is an execution-first role: you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimising demand generation campaigns across the APAC region in alignment with the global strategy and playbook.

This is not a strategy role. You will be given a clear plan, agreed messaging, and defined KPIs — your job is to make it happen, fast and accurately. If you thrive on building campaigns, launching paid programmes, managing automation workflows, and reporting against pipeline metrics, this role is for you.

About the role:

Campaign Execution

  • Deploy email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows in the marketing automation platform
  • Build and launch paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and relevant regional channels
  • Set up landing pages, forms, and conversion tracking in line with global templates
  • Manage campaign assets, creative trafficking, and localisation of global content for regional audiences
  • Ensure all campaigns are correctly tagged with UTM parameters and tracked in CRM

Platform & Systems Management

  • Own day-to-day operation of the marketing automation platform for the region
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, lead routing, and lifecycle stage management
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, MQL volumes, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify and flag technical issues quickly; escalate blockers without delay

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Report weekly on campaign performance against agreed KPIs (MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline)
  • Run A/B tests on emails, ads, and landing pages within defined parameters
  • Share regional insights to inform global content and campaign adjustments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the global Demand Gen team, regional sales, and local partners
  • Coordinate with content, design, and ops teams to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Participate in weekly syncs; communicate progress, blockers, and wins clearly and concisely

About you:

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with a major MAP
  • HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud — building campaigns, not just reading reports
  • Paid Digital: Active campaign management across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience setting up targeting, managing budgets, and trafficking creative
  • Tracking & Analytics: UTM tracking, URL management, and attribution understanding
  • Dashboard building in GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Looker/Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Web & Content: CMS editing experience
  • WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or similar for landing page updates
  • Ability to localise and adapt global content briefs — not create strategy from scratch

AI & Automation Proficiency (Essential)

  • Daily active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity) for content adaptation, copy, and research
  • Comfortable building workflow automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
  • Prompt engineering literacy — able to get fast, accurate, production-ready outputs from AI tools
  • Forward-thinking approach to AI adoption; continuously exploring new tools to increase execution speed

Regional Platform Knowledge

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager with APAC geo-targeting experience
  • Familiarity with regional ad platforms (e.g. Yahoo Japan, Baidu, or similar) is a bonus

Behavioural Profile

  • Bias for Action: Executes at pace against a defined plan — does not wait to be chased
  • Process Discipline: Follows the playbook; raises questions upfront, not mid-execution
  • Low Ego, High Output: Comfortable receiving direction from a global team; focused on output not ownership
  • Attention to Detail: Catches broken links, misaligned copy, wrong UTMs before they go live
  • Async Collaborator: Works effectively across time zones using async tools (Slack, Notion, email)

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on demand generation or digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of building and launching campaigns end-to-end (not just contributing to them)
  • Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organisation is a strong advantage
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

APAC-Specific Experience (Preferred)

  • Experience running campaigns across multiple APAC sub-markets (e.g. ANZ, SEA, India, Japan)
  • Familiarity with regional nuances in digital advertising platforms and media consumption habits
  • Experience with WeChat, LINE, or other regional social/messaging platforms where relevant
  • Comfortable localising content across English-language and/or translated markets
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations across APAC jurisdictions

  • Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with region and experience
