Role Summary

You will work closely with engineering, data, and product teams, contributing to the design, development, optimization, and support of enterprise-grade database systems.
About the role
- Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure and application health.
- Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and documentation.
- Help automate routine operational tasks using scripts and tools.
- Work with SRE and Cloud engineers on reliability, availability, and performance improvements.
- Participate in deployments, patching, and environment validation activities.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify trends and anomalies.
About you
- Basic understanding of Cloud concepts (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and system administration.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Interest in DevOps, SRE, and Cloud reliability practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or container platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of concepts like SLAs, SLOs, and incident management.
