Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a capable and motivated Learning Management System Administrator Apprentice to support management and administration of SymphonyAI’s client-facing Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools, TLC OnDemand and Archbee, as well as providing training helpdesk support for user access and client requests. In this role, you will:
About the role
- Set up all new users and maintain existing users in the Docebo LMS system (both internal and clients), including updating support team assignments, deactivating users, investigating errors and processing required changes.
- Lead CRM Ticket Management for TLC OnDemand requests.
- Maintain and manage the TLC mailbox, answering and resolving requests and coordinating/organizing responses with appropriate TLC team members as required.
- Support execution of LMS page redesign as legacy tools are decommissioned.
- Perform basic analysis and reporting within the TLC OnDemand reporting system to support the quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc insights reporting.
- Assist with new course and course material setup.
- Regularly review LMS AI generated data in the system for accuracy and opportunities.
- Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating documents.
- Collaborate with SAI IT team to automate processes where possible.
- Assist with the development of training documents and Knowledge Base Articles.
- High potential for expansion into programming and managing learning content in the WalkMe platform including Shoutout development/publishing, help menu links to TLC OnDemand etc. (jQuery knowledge would be required).
- Manage your work, both in terms of time and efficient use of SAI systems.

- Strong written communication skills – communicates status of tasks, summary of data and status of help tickets with ease, ability to explain technical issues in clear, user-friendly terms.
- Excellent task management skills – ability to routinely manage recurring weekly tasks with proactive attitude.
- Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and find solutions.
- Detail-oriented with data management – routinely double checks work and ensures accuracy of reports provided.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changes in LMS technology.
- Capable with Outlook, data-entry and process adoption.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Confident adopting and using AI tools for text, image, and video generation
- Desired but not necessary skills:
- Proficiency in LMS software (Docebo)
- HTML/CSS: Basic web development skills to customize the user interface or troubleshoot layout issues.
- SQL/Database management: Ability to manage and query LMS data, especially for reporting or data extraction.
- SCORM / xAPI / AICC: Familiarity with common e-learning standards and protocols.
