Are you ready to lead the disruption of legacy IT platforms? SymphonyAI Enterprise IT is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Senior Director of Sales – North America to lead a dynamic team of four enterprise sales professionals, driving exponential growth and capturing new logos across the enterprise space.

You will be at the forefront of bringing our AI-powered ServiceOps platform to forward-thinking IT organizations, focused on next-generation ITSM, ITAM, and AI-led business automation. As a hands-on leader, you will work side-by-side with your team—shaping strategy, engaging customers, and positioning SymphonyAI as the definitive alternative to legacy tools like ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver multi-million-dollar net new bookings across SymphonyAI’s AI-driven ITSM, ITAM, and enterprise automation offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of four enterprise sales professionals, ensuring consistent high performance and professional development.
  • Articulate SymphonyAI’s differentiated “AI First” and “AI Fast” value proposition to CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership—highlighting measurable outcomes such as reduced ticket volumes, lower operating costs, and improved end-user satisfaction.
  • Guide consultative, multi-product sales cycles, positioning SymphonyAI as the modern, agile alternative to traditional, slow-moving IT platforms.
  • Partner closely with marketing, demand generation, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Drive disciplined execution and deal closure across complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Contribute to territory planning, quota-setting, and headcount strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Represent SymphonyAI at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise SaaS or IT platform sales experience, with a demonstrated record of exceeding targets in high-growth environments.
  • Proven success leading and developing sales teams, with direct experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leadership within large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to compete against and displace incumbents such as ServiceNow, BMC, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of IT operations, ITSM/ITAM markets, and the evolving AI landscape.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills—capable of influencing at all levels of an organization.
  • Track record of building pipeline from the ground up and operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, resource-conscious environment.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling) preferred.
