As an HR Operations Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on managing Human Resources operations in UK & Ireland. Job Description

What will you do:

  • Act as the hands-on HR Operations expert for approximately 250 employees in the UK & Ireland, independently managing all HR operations responsibilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential HR documentation and records in HR systems.
  • Collaborate closely with EMEA HR peers to ensure aligned HR operations and uphold the highest levels of compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supporting automation initiatives in partnership with HRIS team.
  • Provide operational HR support to other EMEA countries as needed, including coverage during absences of HR Operations colleagues supporting other locations. Be prepared to handle HR Operations tickets and employee queries across the EMEA region when required.
  • Support employee benefits enrolment, administration, and handle related changes and inquiries, working in partnership with the Benefits team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to HR Operations topics while providing exceptional employee experience through responsive, accurate, and timely support.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making and planning.

What will you bring:

  • HR operations experience, with a strong exposure to the UK and Irish employment law and HR practices.
  • Experience managing HR operations for geographically distributed teams across multiple countries.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and local authorities to ensure the highest levels of HR compliance.
  • Champion emerging HR technologies including AI tools and hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience administrating benefits programs, particularly UK pension schemes.
    • Experience participating in internal and/or external audits.
    • Fluency in German.
    • Experience working in a technology company.
