Symphony SUMMIT AI is a leading provider of private and public cloud-based IT Operations Management Solution (ITOM) to enterprises and service providers, is building state-of-the-art AI-based solutions for ITOM.
Symphony SUMMIT AI is seeking a strong Sales Manager who is initiative-taking and enthusiastic about selling IT Infrastructure/SaaS-based business solutions based west region, your primary focus will be prospecting, developing sales opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals and presentations to customers, and selling SUMMIT’s ITOM solutions. Candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiations, and relationship-building skills to exceed the sales performance target. An ideal candidate should be a business hunter who holds strong knowledge and experience dealing in the Malaysia market, leveraging on his/her existing network
Job description:
- Primarily responsible for generating and retaining business from a batch of identified accounts in a territory
- The ideal candidate will have
- a consistent and demonstrable history of successful Enterprise Sales
- experience in Enterprise IT sales (SAAS, Software or Services)
- capability to learn, understand & demonstrate innovative technology solutions
- confidence to engage with & sell to CXO’s of Enterprises
- Build & maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet & exceed the sales quotas
- Collaborate with internal Solutions, Channels, Marketing, BD teams to deliver the goals
- Knowledge of transacting through GSI’s and MSP’s is a clear advantage
Minimum Qualification
- Technology Graduate (B.E. / B. Tech. / B. Sc.) preferably with an MBA or PGDM
- Managed large accounts along with high value opportunities.
- Worked in process-oriented companies.
- ITSM product selling is MUST Capacity to work independently
- 8- 15 years in handling large accounts in B2B IT, Software or Services Sales
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Willingness to travel within the given territory.
- Basic or Advanced understanding on ITIL framework and strong existing client relationship at CXO level in the Mid-Market or Enterprise Clients in west region will be an added advantage.
