We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with specialization in Disclosure Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions for disclosure document processes in regulated industries (such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare). You will play a key role in helping clients automate, streamline, and ensure compliance of their disclosure documents using industry-leading software and best practices. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple client engagements.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business and regulatory requirements relating to disclosure documents.
- Configure and customize document templates, workflows, and approval processes to meet compliance requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate disclosure management solutions with existing enterprise applications, data sources, and reporting platforms.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., STR, SMR, TTR, etc.) and support auditability and traceability of disclosure processes.
- Work with automation tools (GitHub, YAML, Helm) to package, deploy, and configure applications in Kubernetes (basic to intermediate knowledge).
- Create and maintain shell scripts and SQL queries to support integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Perform data mapping, data transformation, and data quality activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information across systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for data governance, security, compliance, and integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of deployed solutions.
- Develop and review XML/JSON based configurations and data exchange schemas.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients, discussing SAML, SSO, REST APIs, architecture design, and basic networking considerations.
- Work with solution architects to translate functional needs into technical, architectural, and data specifications, factoring in AI components where relevant.
- Advocate and implement best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment patterns.
- Research emerging technologies and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.
- Deploy AI/ML models as part of compliance solutions, including model endpoints and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Assist with data preparation, validation, and feature engineering for AI applications, ensuring high-quality inputs for model performance.
- Educate and train clients on how to interpret and leverage AI-powered features and outputs.
- Troubleshoot and monitor deployed AI solutions, identifying issues such as data drift, model degradation, or unexpected output, and escalate where necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in disclosure management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for disclosure in financial services and insurance.
- Familiarity with reporting technologies (e.g., XBRL, XML, PDF generation) and document templates.
- Familiarity with YAML syntax and Helm charts for application configuration and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes (no deep expertise required, but willingness to learn).
- Experience writing shell scripts (e.g., Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and basic performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of XML, JSON-based configurations and integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SAML, SSO, and similar authentication and security protocols.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL API and how they fit into broader integration strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and the ability to explain complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment practices.
- Ability to monitor AI solution performance and assist with troubleshooting and optimization.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with financial crime, AML, KYC, or fraud detection solutions.
- Coding experience in one of the main modern languages: Python, Java, etc.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation best practices.
- Certification with any of the major cloud providers: GCP, AWS, Azure.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills (RHEL, CentOS, Solaris) and Python scripting for data and automation tasks.
- Prior exposure to financial services, preferably in financial crime or compliance domains.
- Understanding of AI model governance concepts such as explainability, auditability, and data privacy in production deployments.
