Job Description

As the CPG Insights & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in client support and relationship-building. Your focus will be twofold:

  • Coach client users at an operational level on how to leverage our solutions to address defined business questions; escalate complex scenarios for senior guidance.
  • Sustain collaborative engagement between CPGs and MRPI on current and emerging issues, framing problem statements, defining success metrics, and aligning timelines.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to enhance and optimize business processes; build the case for change, engage leaders, and coordinate pilots or rollouts.
  • Deliver and present ad‑hoc analyses and executive‑ready narratives for CPG and retailer stakeholders, including insights, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Work with the broader European team to validate data, insights and model improvement opportunities internally and with our Retail partners
  • Represent client and client team interest and perspectives in product enhancement conversations and validations internally

What you will bring
