Introduction

We are seeking an experienced NetReveal Business Consultant specializing in Transaction Monitoring. As a key member of our advisory team, you will support financial institutions in leveraging SymphonyAI solutions to optimize transaction monitoring processes and detect suspicious activities. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge monitoring systems, driving AI-powered enhancements, and ensuring that detection processes meet both regulatory compliance and business efficiency goals.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their transaction monitoring requirements and translate them into effective, technology-driven solutions.
  • Advise on best practices for transaction monitoring, including scenario configuration, threshold setting, and alert management processes.
  • Advocate for the use of predictive AI and generative AI technologies to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and enhance operational productivity.
  • Configure and optimize SymphonyAI transaction monitoring solutions to align with client regulatory obligations and operational objectives.
  • Advise customers on the best practices for tuning of detection scenarios and thresholds to balance regulatory compliance, business efficiency, and effectiveness, including validation and calibration based on client needs.
  • Support clients in achieving the optimal value from SAI product features.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally - surfacing product feedback and improvement areas across Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Keep abreast of evolving AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices to advise clients proactively.
  • Deliver trainings, documentation, and ongoing support for client teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with transaction monitoring technology platforms.
  • In-depth expertise in AML transaction monitoring processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of various typologies of financial crime and money laundering schemes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solution designs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating requirements gathering, workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and compliance excellence.
  • Keen interest in working in fast-changing environments, overcoming obstacles to deliver solutions and customer value.
  • Strong interest in contributing to global, distributed teams with the adaptability required to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated capability in tuning and optimizing detection scenarios for compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Up-to-date understanding of global AML regulatory frameworks and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI (predictive and generative) into compliance workflows, with tangible examples of productivity gains or efficiency improvements.
  • Certifications in compliance (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) or financial crime prevention.
  • Experience working within financial institutions, consultancies, or regulatory technology vendors.
  • Exposure to NetReveal Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of data analytics and statistical concepts for scenario threshold setting.
