Job Description
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Partner Sales Engineer – Financial Crime to help build and scale SymphonyAI’s Financial Services market presence from India.
This is not a traditional pre-sales role.
You will operate at the intersection of partner enablement, solution evangelism, and market development - working closely with GSIs, GCC delivery leaders, and global strategic partnership teams to drive Financial Crime pipeline and competency.
This role carries significant external visibility. You will represent SymphonyAI in front of senior partner leaders and global banking executives - shaping perceptions, building confidence, and positioning our AI capabilities with authority.
You will serve as the technical and domain bridge between SymphonyAI, partners, and large financial institutions influencing pursuits, enabling partner field teams, and helping anchor SymphonyAI as the partner of choice in the Financial Crime ecosystem.
Beyond deals, you will help build long-term institutional equity establishing Centres of Excellence, strengthening executive relationships, and contributing to our local presence as a strategic hub for Financial Services innovation within the SymphonyAI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner-Led Market Development
- Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue pursuits in Financial Crime.
- Engage in joint discovery, solution shaping, demos, and executive presentations.
- Contribute toward ARR targets through partner-driven pipeline acceleration.
GSI & GCC Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with GSI Financial Services and FinCrime leaders.
- Engage GCC delivery heads and practice leaders across India.
- Represent SymphonyAI in partner executive briefings and client visits.
Executive Solution Evangelism
- Deliver high-impact presentations and demos to senior banking executives.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into business value narratives for CROs, Compliance Heads, and CTOs.
Centres of Excellence (CoE) Development
- Help establish and scale FinCrime CoEs with strategic GSIs.
- Drive solution training, use-case incubation, and reusable assets.
Partner Enablement & Certification
- Design and execute readiness sessions and certification programs.
- Equip partner field teams to independently position and demo SymphonyAI solutions.
Hyperscalers & Cloud Alignment
- Support Cloud Marketplace listings, certifications, and co-sell readiness.
- Collaborate with Hyperscalers Industry, GPS, and Partner teams.
Proposition & Asset Development
- Build joint value propositions, demo environments, and reference architectures.
- Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams.
What You Bring
- Pre-sales / solution consulting in Financial Services technology.
- Strong domain expertise in Financial Crime (AML, Fraud, KYC, Transaction Monitoring).
- Experience working with GSIs, consultancies, or partner ecosystems.
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling capability.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, SaaS, and cloud architectures.
- Hands-on demo experience; Python/SQL/data handling a plus.
- Familiarity with Hyperscalers co-sell and marketplace motions preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
