Introduction

Industrial Solutions Architect (ISA) is an integral part of a team representing SymphonyAI’s value proposition from presales through the deployments of our cutting-edge AI solutions for our customers. In addition to supporting pre-sales activities, the ISA will work directly with customers and with system integrators to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions. This thought leader must be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, fun, energetic environment while being comfortable in dealing with ambiguity. This person must also have a passion to apply technology to improve manufacturing operations.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and lead technical presales efforts defining the art of the possible for our customers and prospects related to AI optimization of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Contribute AI, MES/MOM, product, and operational experience to ongoing initiatives and active client engagements
  • Ensure proposed solutions effectively integrate with existing customer standards / technologies, from both an engineering (OT) and an IT point of view
  • Work hands-on with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle to design, demonstrate, implement, communicate, and support SymphonyAI solutions and technology
  • Understand and articulate how SymphonyAI’s technology integrates, interoperates, and enhances the customer technical ecosystem
  • Understand and translate customer needs into a clear solution approach, including solution plan, proposal, and cost estimate
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to continuously improve Industrial AI’s products and marketing.
  • Work with customer leadership team for ideation and innovation discussions; defining the Art of the Possible with Industrial AI
  • Manage all stakeholder, senior client buyer and functional owner relationships for the designated solution
  • Stay current on AI technologies and industry progress

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role, driving success through the full engagement lifecycle
  • Experience and track record of success assisting with selling automation or operations management software to enterprise customers; includes proven skills identifying key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and compelling events
  • Experience using AI tools, machine learning, and other optimization tools to create value in an industrial context
  • Hands-on knowledge in process engineering / process control systems / process optimization / IIoT/ /MOM and MES or related software
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades, and willingness to monitor and keep up with latest technologies
  • Flexibility to engage across time zones and geographies for a global customer base
  • Willingness to travel as required to engage clients and attend industry events.
