Head of IT Enterprise Architecture & AI
We are seeking Head of Enterprise Architecture, CRM Systems & AI to lead the centralization and governance of enterprise systems. The role will unify the company’s enterprise architecture, establish governance standards, and scale the unified architecture needed to support the next phase of growth.
The role will drive architectural decisions across Sales, Services, Success, Finance, Data, and IT teams to embed AI into enterprise workflows, and ensure compliance and security standards meet the requirements of regulated industries. The role is strategic in scope but technically grounded, requiring the ability to guide critical design decisions across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Centralization
  • Lead the architectural unification and integrations of enterprise systems across business units.
  • Establish architectural governance that aligns IT, Finance, Sales and business stakeholders on technology decisions and investment priorities.
  • Rationalize the company technology portfolio to eliminate redundancy, reduce costs, and reallocate capital to strategic growth.
AI Strategy & Governance
  • Set the architectural vision for agentic AI, including multi-agent workflows, human oversight models, and autonomous decision-making within governance guardrails.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment, compliance, and auditability across regulated environments.
  • Serve as customer zero for the company’s AI platform, operationalizing it across internal business and IT workflows to validate capabilities and accelerate product feedback.
CRM & Revenue Systems
  • Own the architectural strategy for CRM and revenue systems, ensuring integration across Marketing Technology, GTM Systems, Billing, and Financial reporting.
  • Drive cross-functional visibility by connecting CRM, ERP, and analytics systems into a unified revenue data layer.
Data & Analytics Infrastructure
  • Lead the enterprise data platforms, data governance, and analytics infrastructure team, setting architectural direction and delivery priorities.
  • Establish data integration standards and master data management practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across consolidated business units.
Compliance, Security & Governance
  • Ensure enterprise systems meet compliance and security requirements internally and for customers in regulated industries.
  • Establish separation of duties, audit trails, and governance controls across financial and operational systems.
Leadership & Executive Partnership
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning Enterprise Architecture, AI/Integrations, and Data & Insights in coordination with IT functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Partner directly with the CDIO, CFO, CTO, and business leaders on strategy, governance, and investment decisions.
  • Develop managers and senior contributors into strategic leadership roles.
What You Bring
  • 15+ years in Enterprise Architecture with progressive leadership across multiple EA domains
  • Experience in centralizing and unifying enterprise systems following M&A or rapid organizational growth
  • Track record in building and leading cross-functional teams across IT, Sales, Finance, and business functions
  • Experience with technology portfolio rationalization and asset management across complex, multi-product environments
  • Measurable business outcomes through architectural decisions (cost reduction, revenue enablement, or operational efficiency)
  • Domain knowledge across enterprise integration, AI platforms, CRM/revenue systems, and data architecture
  • Compliance and security architecture experience serving regulated industries (NIST AI RMF, GDPR, PCI-DSS, or equivalent)
  • Executive partnership with regular C-suite engagement on strategy and investments #LI-KV1 #LI-Remote
