Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end coordination of interviews and recruitment logistics across the EMEA and APAC region, with additional support for other global team members as needed.
- Own the scheduling process for interviews (onsite and virtual), ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint.
- Independently manage and prioritize high-volume requisition pipelines, resolving conflicts and anticipating key deadlines.
- Act as the go-to expert for recruiting coordination, proactively suggesting and implementing process improvements as our tools and workflows evolve.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of candidate data and documentation within the ATS, maintaining compliance and data privacy standards.
- Own candidate communications, including timely feedback collection, scheduling confirmations, and offer logistics.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates at all seniority levels across multiple geographies.
- Contribute to TA reporting, preparing and delivering global metrics and insights that drive continual process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a TA Coordinator in an international environment, supporting multiple geographies across EMEA.
- Proven fluency in spoken and written English, contributing to a consistently positive candidate experience.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, executive assistants, recruiters, and senior-level talent/candidates.
- Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work setting.
- Strong background in working with ATS systems and scheduling tools, managing interview logistics and candidate data effectively.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience creating periodical reports using Excel and/or Power BI, including efficient use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
- Hands-on expertise with ICIMS or similar ATS platforms.
