We are now hiring a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering successful ERP implementation projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements and achieves measurable operational improvements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing ERP or supply chain software deployments and strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, QA, and client stakeholders) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the main client contact during the project, managing expectations, scope, risks, and communications.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and ensure alignment between business processes and system configuration.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate progress to internal and client leadership.
- Support change management and user adoption activities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues, driving resolution in coordination with technical leads and management.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Professional Services organization.
What you will bring:
- 7–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams or small-to-medium implementation projects.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent retail platforms.
- Strong project management skills with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams including offshore resources.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed (typically <25%).
