Job Description
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a product company or software development environment, with preference for IT Service Management or IT Asset Management domains.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI project implementations.
- Good knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Project management certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PRINCE2.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders according to the Scope of Work.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Take full accountability for end-to-end project implementation and successful closure, including sign-off within defined timelines.
- Monitor overall project performance, resource utilization, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Customer Satisfaction
- Strive to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering high-quality results and fostering positive relationships.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
Project Handover
- Ensure seamless transition to support teams, including comprehensive documentation and training.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of operational process hygiene by:
- Conducting regular reviews (e.g., daily tracker, weekly status reports, management reviews).
- Managing training schedules and compliance.
- Ensuring timesheet compliance and accurate effort tracking.
