Job Description
As a Data Management Services (DMS) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the data ingestion process from various digital streaming report dashboards into our internal management platform, Revedia Digital. You will handle exceptions from data ingestion, including title mapping, channel mapping, processing of new titles/channels, and configuration updates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently ingest and reconcile performance metrics data at the title level within Revedia Digital with minimal supervision.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Proactively identify and communicate any issues with both ingested data and data output from Revedia Digital to the team.
- Ensure compliance with 24-hour processing requirements as per contractual obligations to customers.
- Communicate effectively regarding missing data, login issues, new metrics, and updates to channels or titles.
- Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to resolve user issues with Revedia Digital.
- Provide daily updates on work completed and any impediments encountered in processing retrieved reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in data management or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues pragmatically.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced spreadsheet manipulation, formula/functions usage, and data extraction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
