You will drive demand generation, build executive-level relationships, shape go-to-market messaging, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable industry impact. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor — both externally with clients and internally across product, sales, and marketing.

What you will do:
Industry Thought Leadership & Positioning
- Articulate SymphonyAI Retail’s value proposition in industry contexts, focusing on AI-powered innovation, retail operations, forecasting, personalization, and omnichannel strategies.
- Create and deliver market-relevant assets — such as POVs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog content — tailored for Retail and CPG audiences.
- Represent SymphonyAI at industry conferences, roundtables, and analyst/social forums to elevate brand awareness and thought leadership.
Customer & Demand Engagements
- Engage directly with senior clients across Retail and CPG, offering deep industry insight and consultative approaches to identifying and solving key business challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor — sharing benchmarks, best practices, and success stories to influence adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and alliances to support targeted plays, deal strategy, and closing high-value opportunities.
Market Insights & Strategic Alignment
- Monitor and surface trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities within the Retail and CPG ecosystem.
- Host feedback mechanisms (e.g., QBRs, customer councils, roundtables) to validate use cases and inform product and commercialization priorities.
- Align global/national sales plays to regional market dynamics; support the enablement of partners and sales teams with localized messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Services, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to craft compelling, tailored solution strategies and materials.
- Advocate internally for customer needs, championing improvements, enhancements, and roadmap shifts that advance customer ROI and satisfaction.
What you will bring to SymphonyAI:
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in management consulting, Retail/CPG leadership, or strategy roles within high-growth tech environments.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Retail and CPG business models, digital transformation levers, and the role of AI and data in driving performance.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to C-level and senior leadership.
- Analytical Rigor & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving capability, hypothesis-driven approach, and ability to translate insights into action.
- Adaptability & Ownership: Self-starter with a bias for collaboration, quality, and delivering under ambiguity or evolving priorities.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in Retail or CPG.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling industry-specific content, events, or programs.
- Strong EQ, adept in navigating conflicts, influencing cross-functionally, and building long-term stakeholder trust.
