Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the SymphonyAI Retail business.
- Manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing lead generation team, fostering a collaborative and target-oriented culture.
- Work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align lead generation activities with broader go-to-market and revenue objectives.
- Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and lead quality data to continually refine and improve our approach.
- Utilise your business development expertise to identify and cultivate relationships with key prospects and partners.
- Report on KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion rates to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive the adoption and optimisation of the latest tools and technologies to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
- Support the continuous development of best practices, processes, and frameworks that underpin our lead generation success.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 8+ years of proven success in lead generation, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams—preferably in the SaaS, retail, or technology sector.
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams to deliver exceptional results against ambitious targets.
- Business Development Skills: Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysing data, optimising lead generation strategies, and reporting on key metrics.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to and execute on long-term strategic initiatives within a fast-moving environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work with geographically dispersed teams and travel as needed within Europe.
