About Our Product
Eureka is a GenAI based Agentic platform that covers the complete spectrum of enterprise data value generation including data lake with big Data processing, machine Learning with GPU powered deep learning and generative AI with LLMs. We combine state of art technologies and tools to create a cutting-edge enterprise platform that enables disparate verticals (Retail, Finance/Banking, Healthcare etc) to deliver ML/AI driven solutions at industry defying pace.

Job Profile
As a Solutions Engineer for the core platform, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to provide technical expertise to deliver GenAI powered solution to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, craft tailored solutions and ensure successful engagement and adoption of Eureka GenAI platform. Your job would be to use latest technologies and find innovative usage of GenAI to create cutting edge solutions for our verticals which operate in varied domains like Retail, Finance, Healthcare.
About the Team
We have a small and dynamic team consisting of highly efficient engineers who works in a collaborative-frictionless environment. We intend to keep the team size small as we prioritize efficiency over size. We heavily use GenAI based development approach to delivery 10x delivery efficiency. As part of this team, you will get to learn not only the latest technologies but also the way of working that is evolving to be in sync with the best in the industry
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Product workflow and building a platform.
- Exposure to DevOps, cloud, or automation workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Good proficiency in a programming language (preferably Python)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Big Data Experience would be a great asset (Apache Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg)
- Knowledge on LLMs/Prompt Engineering would be highly preferable
