Introduction

Are you passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize the retail industry?

SymphonyAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Data Enablement to join our Retail division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success by managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions. You will work alongside a talented team to help our retail clients optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives in an ever-evolving market landscape.

The Senior Manager, Data Enablement will play an important role in enabling data fluency, tool adoption, and insights activation across client-facing teams in the Retail/CPG division of SymphonyAI. Acting as a connector between business and data teams, this person will provide subject matter expertise on Customer Centric Retailing (CCR) tools and support client teams in maximizing the value of SymphonyAI’s data assets and solutions. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for delivering Customer Decision Trees (CDTs), and will contribute to broader enablement activities such as training, reporting support, and data quality initiatives. This role calls for a hands-on collaborator with strong communication skills, working across internal teams and client stakeholders to help drive consistent, effective use of data.

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted resource on CCR tools (CINDE, CMS, Evaluate), supporting team training, onboarding, and tool adoption.
  • Own and manage the full process to deliver Customer Decision Trees (CDTs), including coordinating with offshore technical resources and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support project coordination and execution for data-focused workstreams across client engagements.
  • Help ensure data quality, hygiene, and availability across CCR tools through collaboration with product, offshore, and analytics teams.
  • Contribute to building internal knowledge and data literacy through documentation, best practices, and informal mentoring.
  • Participate in the rollout and feedback process for new CCR tools and capabilities (e.g., CINDE Connect), identifying bugs, tracking enhancements, and sharing improvement ideas.
  • Support monitoring and reporting of key metrics (e.g., activation trackers, tool usage, project trackers).
  • Assist with customer segmentation efforts—both technical scoring and business application—alongside internal and client-facing teams.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to evaluate and incorporate new or enhanced data sources into client tools and workflows.
  • Support custom reporting and BI projects in collaboration with offshore delivery teams.
  • Help communicate and promote SymphonyAI’s data capabilities to clients to encourage broader engagement and value realization.
  • Coordinate with client support and project teams, ensuring alignment and communication across stakeholders.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing across teams to align on standards, approaches, and learnings.

What you will bring to SymphonyAI:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, or data enablement roles—ideally with exposure to enterprise SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Strong foundational understanding of data systems, including experience with data structures, relational databases, data pipelines, or ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with customer data, segmentation, and retail analytics; experience in the Retail or CPG industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Comfort working across functional teams and with global/offshore delivery resources.
  • Ability to translate technical data concepts into meaningful business applications.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to support and coordinate projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to data governance, data quality management, or integration of third-party data sources is a plus.
