Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
o Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
o Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions.
• Project Delivery and Value Creation:
o Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and On-premise software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals.
o Lead project teams to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the value delivered to clients.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth through effective project strategies.
• Innovation and Strategy:
o Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technologies to drive project success.
o Develop project strategies that align with the overall business innovation agenda.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue Delivery:
o Achieve or surpass revenue targets set for the project portfolio.
o Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client engagements.
• Time and Quality Metrics:
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
o Meet and exceed project milestones and deadlines with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Client Referencability:
o Develop strong client relationships that result in positive testimonials and references.
o Achieve high client satisfaction scores and secure client willingness to act as references or provide case studies.
• Project Profitability:
o Monitor and manage project budgets and time to ensure profitability goals are met.
o Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to enhance financial outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience in managing client relationships, preferably with Tier1 financial institutions in the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS projects that provide measurable value.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to write and execute Client Facing Work Orders and statements of Work
• Experience in Financial Crime domain would be beneficial
• Ideally the candidate will have experience of migrating clients and software from on premise solutions to SAAS
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
*While this would largely be a remote role, we are specifically looking for someone within the greater Raleigh, NC area.
