Are you a driven, relationship-first sales leader who knows how to convert strategic alliances into revenue? Do you have deep experience building and growing within the hyperscaler partner ecosystem such as AWS and Microsoft to drive enterprise deal flow and category leadership?
This is your opportunity to grow SymphonyAI’s industrial growth agenda by extending our partnerships focused on Energy, Manufacturing and Utilities verticals.
As an Industrial Partner Sales Director, your mandate is to build, develop and scale our Co-sell motion with our strategic partners. You will own executive alignment, field engagement, and pipeline acceleration initiatives across our teams. You’ll act as the strategic quarterback, aligning SymphonyAI’s value with partner sales priorities to drive measurable growth and visibility.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the Co-Sell Strategy
Build and execute a focused sales plan to expand SymphonyAI’s footprint through co-sell, solution plays, and marketplace activation.
• Drive Partner-Led Revenue Growth
Deliver against ARR targets by engaging partner field teams, orchestrating joint pursuits, and unlocking new accounts in the manufacturing and energy sectors.
• Field Enablement & Execution
Drive field alignment via deal registrations, readiness sessions, and sales enablement initiatives that result in joint wins.
• Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Own the partner pipeline with a disciplined sales process—track joint opportunities, measure co-sell conversion, and report weekly to leadership.
• Strategic Account Mapping
Partner on shared account planning, territory alignment, and vertical GTM plays targeting top-tier US manufacturers.
• Marketing Collaboration
Coordinate with SymphonyAI and partner marketing teams to co-develop campaigns, events, and joint solution assets.
• Influence Partner Strategy
Represent SymphonyAI at key partner forums and industry councils, advocating for joint customer success and resource prioritization.
• Internal Evangelism & Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the partner champion within SymphonyAI Industrial—driving alignment across product, marketing, solutions, and executive teams.

What You’ll Bring:
• Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years in enterprise sales or partner-led GTM roles; minimum 5 years in manufacturing and energy facing sectors.
• Hyperscaler Ecosystem Expertise: Extensive experience managing co-sell with providers such as AWS, navigating incentives, and partnering with appropriate teams.
• Industrial Domain Acumen: Clear understanding of industrial business models, enterprise buying cycles, and key transformation challenges across smart manufacturing, IIoT, Lean/Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, Industrial Data transformation.
• Track Record of Co-Sell Success: Demonstrated ability to build high-quality hyperscaler focused pipelines, accelerate win rates, and land strategic logos through joint motions with partners like AWS.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Executive presence and strong influencing skills to build trust across SymphonyAI and partner stakeholders.
• Operational Rigor: Deep experience in sales process management, partner KPIs, and co-sell forecasting; familiarity with partner tools.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to craft compelling partner narratives, host joint business reviews, and present at partner-led events as required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Preferred: Strong personal network across hyperscaler manufacturing field and partner teams.
