As a key member of the SymphonyAI Financial Services team, you will support our sales efforts across the EMEA region by optimizing sales operations, improving efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. Your role will involve translating data into actionable insights, enhancing CRM processes, and ensuring that our sales team is equipped to achieve their targets.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Manage sales operations across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
- Enhance the user experience in our CRM system, preferably HubSpot, though experience in similar platforms is also valuable.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support commercial initiatives and drive financial growth.
- Solve Problems by identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Support basic project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent Eye for Detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability in driving decision-making.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and strategies.
- Commercial and Financial Acumen to understand market dynamics and contribute to revenue growth efforts.
- User Experience in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot, but not essential.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities to address challenges and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Basic Project Management skills to support sales initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results.
