Job Overview

SymphonyAI Industrial (www.symphonyai.com/industrial) is an emerging leader of artificial intelligence-based monitoring, analysis and predictive solutions that optimize the health and operational performance of industrial assets and processes. Our state-of-the-art Generative AI and Predictive AI powered IRIS platform integrates with a wide variety of sensors, historical data libraries, and new and existing data streams and provides real-time predictive insights and prescriptive recommendations to a variety of industrial persona.

As a Lead AI Services Engineer at SymphonyAI Industrial, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the integration and deployment of state-of-the-art predictive asset insights, Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies to solve some of the most intricate challenges faced by the industrial sector. In this position, you will implement and oversee implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions on our cutting-edge AI/ML platform, with a focus on enhancing predictive maintenance, operational optimization, and digital manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate Predictive and Generative AI models that are capable of processing a wide range of industrial datasets—including structured and unstructured data such as text documents, reports, FMEAs, logs, images, and time series data—alongside conventional machine learning models. Your deep technical acumen, coupled with a strong problem-solving mindset, will be instrumental in navigating complex engineering challenges, ensuring the successful deployment and monitoring of innovative solutions that drive performance and efficiency for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, to further propose AI solutions from the product mix that meet stakeholders organizational objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end data analysis, data contextualization, deployment of AI and machine learning models along with application and platform set up to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Identify project risks associated with AI deployment, including data privacy, security, and model accuracy concerns and communicate effectively with internal and external teams to mitigate them effectively.
  • Ensure that all AI solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before being delivered to clients, via rigorous testing, validation, and performance evaluations of AI models.
  • Lead AI service delivery projects, managing timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations with change management and also coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure that AI projects are completed on time and within budget leading to customer success.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and advanced techniques in AI model deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and hand holding to clients post deployment, addressing any issues or challenges that arise, along with ensuring a smooth handover and knowledge transfer to clients' internal teams for ongoing management of AI systems.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed AI models, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively over time and optimize AI models based on real-time data and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field or engineering.
  • Overall 8+ years’ in the field of customer success and AI based project delivery.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Data contextualization, Data analysis, AI / Machine Learning model deployment in an organization.
  • Ability to understand industrial customer requirements and come up with solutions that drives customer delight and achieves organizational objectives.
  • Expertise with Python-based data science tools: Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, and visualization tools: Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn.
  • Extremely good in written and verbal communication. Should be able to lead engagements effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and apply the latest technologies and innovate with speed.
  • Ability to travel on the job as needed.
