We are searching for a highly driven Senior Account Executive for the East Coast with a proven track record in enterprise ITSM sales. In this role, you will prospect, develop, and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. You will focus on selling our ITSM/ITAM, Service Automation, Co-Pilot, and Agentic AI for Work (AIW) solutions to new enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with deep industry expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for innovative technology.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Execution – Drive revenue growth by selling multiple products and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic Planning – Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire enterprise clients within your assigned territory.
• Pipeline Development – Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and prospecting (4x of quota).
• Market Intelligence – Conduct thorough industry research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
• Client Engagement – Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through proactive outreach, including cold calls, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Solution Selling – Conduct tailored product demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and develop customized solutions in collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, and product management teams.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure – Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close high-value enterprise deals.
• Account Management – Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Reporting & Forecasting – Utilize SFDC to ensure accurate sales tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.


Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven success closing complex software deals in enterprise IT sales, specifically in ITSM, IT Operations Management, or Generative AI Assistance.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, asset management, Co-Pilot, & Generative AI technology
• Systematic approach to Pipeline Generation
