Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead enterprise sales for Retail and CPG sectors, driving large-scale deals ($10M+). This role will work collaboratively with the SVP, North America Sales and the SVP, International Sales.
- Consultative Selling: Engage and influence C-suite executives with tailored consultative sales approaches.
- Team Management: Oversee a high-performing team of 6-8 sales professionals.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Retail and CPG industries to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Solutions Selling: Promote and sell Cindy Connected Retail and Price Suite to major enterprise customers.
- Relationship Building: Utilize strong industry connections and gravitas to build lasting partnerships. #LI-KV1
Key Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Success in closing large-scale enterprise deals.
- Consulting Background: Experience in senior roles at firms like Accenture or similar.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Retail and CPG industries.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
