Job Description
CPG Revenue Growth Management (RGM) SVP, Product Management:
1. Leadership and Strategic Vision:
- Proven experience in leading large, cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to define and execute long-term product strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Expertise in managing product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market strategy.
2. Domain Expertise in CPG and RGM:
- Deep understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, including retail and distribution models.
- Knowledge of revenue growth management (RGM) principles like price-pack architecture, trade promotion optimization, and channel profitability analysis.
- Familiarity with CPG-specific challenges such as demand volatility, supply chain constraints, and shopper insights.
3. Product Management Excellence:
- Strong background in building and scaling B2B enterprise software products.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
4. Data and Technology Acumen:
- Familiarity with AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data visualization technologies as they apply to RGM software.
- Experience in integrating third-party data sources, such as Nielsen, IRI, or retail scan data.
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and their technical architecture.
5. Relationship Management:
- Strong customer-centric mindset with experience engaging with CPG executives to understand pain points and needs.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption.
6. Analytical and Financial Skills:
- Expertise in building business cases for product investment and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
