As an HR Operations Partner, you will play a key role in helping to create and foster an exceptional work experience for our employees based in the US and Canada. In this position, you will partner with our Human Resources team to implement and support a variety of HR programs and business processes ensuring a seamless and modern experience for our employees and HR team members.
We are looking for an individual who has a hands-on and customer centric approach in delivering a myriad of employee services including running new hire orientations and onboarding, conducting exit interviews and offboarding, and administering data and systems updates for various employee life cycle events.
This is a hybrid position and may be based near one of our office locations in the greater San Diego, Denver, or Palo Alto areas.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for US and Canada based employees, HR program managers and HRBPs and deliver high-quality service and support in a timely manner on a broad range of activities including:
- Manage full lifecycle of new hire onboarding activities including delivering new hire orientations.
- Manage full lifecycle of offboarding including conducting exit interviews and sharing relevant feedback and themes with HRBPs and managers.
- Support and prepare documentation for various internal and external audits; manage changes and updates to employee records.
- Provide responses to various employee queries.
- Administer and track HR and business compliance training across various countries.
- Other duties as required.
Participate in the design, implementation, and automation of HR processes; assist with streamlining workflows resulting in improved internal HR productivity and service to employees.
Partner with HR systems team to maintain data and foundational record-keeping elements across our HR tech stack.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a HR Ops Partner, Specialist or Coordinator position.
- Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; must have mindset to own, troubleshoot and close cases/issues.
- Ability to operate with a high level of integrity and build trusting relationships with employees and HR team members.
- Be extremely detail oriented and highly organized, work comfortably under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Proficient in using HRIS and Talent Acquisition platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, and ICIMS, .
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor of Arts, Science, or equivalent.
