Job Description
Join SymphonyAI as an Accounts Receivable Executive, where you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our revenue collection processes. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to ensuring the financial health of our organization while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Initiate and maintain customer communication regarding outstanding balances through calls and emails.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow projections for management review.
• Implement and refine AR processes and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Pre-requisites:
•Strong understanding and application of U.S. GAAP fundamentals.
•Diploma/Degree in Accounting /Finance (or related fields), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Demonstrated experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
