Join Us! We have a newly created role for a Demand Generation Specialist for the International region, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales and product marketing teams to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimise our digital activities, and generate high-quality opportunities. The role is based in UK, reports to the VP Demand Generation, and will include some travel.


Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth in the International region.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email marketing and media.
  • Collaborate with the events, content and business development teams to promote and support trade shows, webinars and other marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop highly targeted and persona-driven campaign assets including emails, animations, infographics, LinkedIn posts and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional sales leaders and other members of the sales team to ensure alignment and effective handoff processes.
  • Monitor and review campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve demand generation strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a similar marketing role in the B2B space, preferably in the Retail industry.
  • Track record in delivering highly performing multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content syndication, and paid media.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, landing page optimisation, content creation and distribution, and social marketing (LinkedIn).
  • Solid skills and experience with marketing analytics, automation tools (Hubspot), and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.
