Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Liaise with building management and maintenance service providers to address facility-related issues.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Assist with the setup of workstations and meeting rooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Human Resources Support:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting exit interviews.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and managing calendars.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within facilities management or HR.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
