Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-weight UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our Enterprise-level Financial Crime Prevention software tools and products.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our business clients and drive product adoption.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales) to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across all products using SymphonyAI Design System
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain buy-in
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Support in facilitating workshops with teams and customers


  • Experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a B2B context
  • Proven experience in designing user-centered interfaces for web/desktop and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for B2B software and a deep understanding of user needs in a business context
