As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, helping us achieve new heights in efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Do:

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks for a smooth and consistent sales workflow.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Maintain and manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Sales Forecasting:

  • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Sales Technology and Tools:

  • Implement and manage sales tools and technology to support the sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team is proficient in using CRM and other sales enablement tools.

Compensation and Incentives:

  • Design and manage sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation structures.

Sales Training and Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Develop training materials and programs to enhance sales team skills and knowledge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for the sales team.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to drive organizational goals.

Process Documentation and Compliance:

  • Document sales processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and training materials.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals, identify opportunities, and plan for future growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
