The Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS software solutions to our clients, with a particular focus on Azure-based environments.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end service delivery process for our SaaS software solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment on service delivery objectives and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution of service delivery activities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact service delivery timelines or quality.
  • Monitor and report on key service delivery metrics, including client satisfaction, service level agreements (SLAs), and project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service delivery process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to SaaS software delivery and Azure-based environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a SaaS software environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, with specific experience in Azure environments preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
