SymphonyAI - Financial Services are seeking an Account Manager to be directly accountable for all aspects of customer satisfaction, sales, delivery and financial performance of set of strategic accounts across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe.


Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate as the primary interface between NetReveal and our customers, lead customer engagement, satisfaction and retention (Operational to Senior levels)
  • Develop, own and execute the account strategy to drive growth, including the quarterly planning and review processes, stakeholder engagement plans, goodwill, risks, issues and dependencies and actions.
  • Develop and actively manage a wide network of stakeholders across the account (at all levels) through an account partner approach, and establish exec-level governance regimes as appropriate
  • Lead the cross-functional NetReveal team deployed into a customer account, ensuring the team is engaged, understand the client’s challenges and aims, and is informed on delivery progress and issues as appropriate
  • Accountable for delivering growth by exceeding Sales Order (TCV and ARR) targets
  • Additionally, support Revenue, Profit and Cash Collection achievement, partnering with cross-functional colleagues to deliver
  • Develop and represent all agreed marketing engagements into the account(s) / customer(s)
  • Own all sales opportunities for the entire sales lifecycle and be accountable for the accuracy of sales data and forecast
  • Lead and manage all aspects of account Bid activity, including qualification, leading any assigned bid team resources, bid budget control and management and execution of bid strategy
  • Accountable for successful execution of all account-related projects to time, quality and cost, partnering with cross-functional colleagues deliver
  • Ensure and drive responsiveness to customers, and identify areas for improvements in service, staffing, and operations that will increase customer satisfaction
  • Operate as the client’s first point of management escalation when issues arise, and own resolution of customer issues

Knowledge/Experience

  • Understanding of key client and industry challenges in financial crime: AML, transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD, sanctions and fraud prevention
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry (primarily retail, commercial and some investment banking), including a sound understanding of typical buying processes in tier-1 banks
  • Geographic cultural awareness/sensitivity and experience – German language skills may be helpful
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of how NetReveal and SymphonyAI products and offerings deliver value to our customers
  • Customer stakeholder management (Operational to Executive levels)
  • Account Management Sales skills
  • Commercial awareness/experience
  • Delivery & Project Management experience/expertise
