Job Description

As part of the Sales team, reporting to the VP -Sales for EMEA, you will have a varied role driving sales and expanding the customer base within Europe.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from demand generation through contract execution and expansion.
  • Identify and engage with enterprise prospects to build a robust sale pipeline, to understand their unique and specific needs and to produce compelling business cases and RFQ answers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and medium-sized businesses
  • Present to C-level executives - to include information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
  • Continuously maintain and develop your market and competitor knowledge
  • Attend events
  • Coordinate with software consultants for sales and presales support activities

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Entrepreneurial abilities with genuine passion for new business hunting, and aligning revenue and product support strategy with overall company goals.
  • C.5+years experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales with Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Asset Reliability and Connected Worker domains (manufacturing execution systems "MES" and mobile application management "MAM")
  • Fluent English (other languages a plus!)
  • Demonstrable experience of carrying a sales quota and meeting or exceeding targets within the manufacturing industry (e.g. pharma / semiconductors / oil & gas) and established network of C-level executives in those fields
  • Proven sales experience in successfully driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation sales initiatives.
  • Good business acumen and ideally educated to degree level in a business-related field.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performance sales and demand-gen processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Appreciation of the impact of Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing.

This is a remote role with travel within Europe.
