The Opportunity Our legal team is the backbone of SymphonyAI's global operations across the Americas, UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. Specializing in enterprise Software-as-a-Service agreements and having a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and legal requirements, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to our dynamic environment. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll collaborate closely with our different verticals and functions in India, APAC and headquarters while reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel International.
What You'll Do
• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, from software licenses to partnership agreements with large GSIs and consulting firms.
• Offer legal guidance on commercial and technical matters, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Navigate the intricacies of international corporate environments with finesse.
• Support India HR team with labour and employment advice.
Key Criteria: We're seeking a qualified Legal Counsel in India with +8 years of experience in business law, particularly in B2B SaaS and software license contracts. Ideal candidates will showcase their expertise in international corporate settings, adept negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
